Welcome to Once Upon A Child, AJAX!
Many
of you are seasoned customers and know us well, but for those of you
who are just discovering our wonderful concept, here's a brief history.
Once
Upon A Child, Ajax opened in January 1995. Sisters, Janet Smith and
Lisa Crowley are the proud owners of this store. We have an amazing
team of staff working to enhance your experience with us. Customer service is our number one priority. Product knowledge
is also very important to us. We want to help make all your shopping
decisions fun, easy and well informed ones. Our store has grown and
changed over the years, but one thing remains the same and that is our
sincere dedication to being the best children's store in town!

At Once Upon A Child, we are proud to be an active part of our community. We regularly make donations to the Rose of Durham, Hearts of Durham, Durham Regional Police Food and Toy Drive, Durham Children's Aid Foundation. We are also involved in Safe Kids Week, the Mayor's 20 Minute Makeover, Earth Hour and other local charities and events.
